01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pak265 platform – whether through the website at pak265.pro, the Android app, or the iOS app – you enter into a binding agreement with pak265. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, form the complete agreement between you and pak265.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register an account or place any bets. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. pak265 recommends that you revisit this page periodically so you remain aware of any changes.
These terms are written in plain English and are intended to be readable. Where a clause requires particular attention, it is highlighted in a coloured notice box. These highlights do not limit the scope of the full text – both should be read together.
02Eligibility and Age Requirements
18+ Only: pak265 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or play. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately with winnings forfeited.
To use pak265 you must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Be a real individual acting on your own behalf – no corporate or proxy accounts.
- Not be on any self-exclusion list that you have requested through pak265.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
pak265 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Verification documents may include a valid national ID (CNIC), passport or other government-issued document. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the process is complete.
03Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts – whether created intentionally or by mistake – will be merged or closed at pak265's discretion, and any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support immediately to have the situation resolved.
When registering you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information.
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) private and secure.
- Notify pak265 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Not share your account with any other person or allow others to place bets on your behalf.
pak265 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your pak265 account and enable any two-step security options available in your profile settings.
04Deposits and Payment Methods
pak265 accepts deposits in PKR through a range of payment methods that Pakistan players are already familiar with. Supported channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in your account deposit section. The available options may change from time to time as new integrations are added.
All deposit amounts are credited to your pak265 wallet in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by pak265 for PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently. pak265 has no control over third-party provider charges.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the provider's end.
- Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
- Only funds from payment accounts registered in your own name should be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your payment reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again before confirming the status of the first transaction, as duplicate deposits cannot always be automatically reversed.
05Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. pak265 does not charge a withdrawal fee on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account withdrawal section at the time of request.
- Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been fully verified, your request may be held until verification is complete.
- Bonus-related funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 06 for full bonus terms.
Processing Times: pak265 aims to approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Peak periods or additional verification steps may extend this timeline. You will be notified if your withdrawal requires further review.
pak265 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player's conduct.
06Bonuses and Promotions
pak265 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Every promotion comes with specific terms, including a wagering requirement, eligible games, a minimum deposit amount and an expiry date. These details are published on the individual promotion page and must be read before you opt in.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household or IP address.
- pak265 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
Abuse: Attempting to abuse bonus terms – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using irregular betting patterns to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements – will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07Game Rules and Fairness
All casino games available on pak265 are sourced from established third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming and others. Game outcomes are determined by the random number generator (RNG) systems of the respective providers, which are independently certified. pak265 does not modify game logic or outcomes at the platform level.
Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant real-world event. In the event of a dispute about a sporting result, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body – for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or FIFA for international football – will be used as the definitive outcome.
- Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if accepted in error by the platform.
- In-play bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after the market is settled.
- If a live casino stream is interrupted and a hand or round cannot be completed, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
- If a technical fault on pak265's side causes a game outcome to be incorrectly recorded, the correct outcome will be reinstated once the error is identified.
pak265 is committed to fair play. If you believe a game has produced an incorrect result, contact support with the game name, round ID (where visible) and the date and time of the session. All disputes are reviewed seriously and resolved as promptly as possible.
08Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak265. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting strategies.
- Money Laundering: Using pak265 to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds. pak265 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from those deposits. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount deducted from the account balance.
- Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on your behalf without human input.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of a software or pricing error that is clearly not intentional. Any bets placed on erroneous odds or game states may be voided.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.
- Underage Access: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to the platform.
09Account Suspension and Closure
pak265 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, any balance in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account holder, any legitimately earned balance will be returned via the same payment method used for deposits.
You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons and wish to set a re-opening cooling-off period, pak265 will honour that request. See Section 10 for responsible gaming tools.
10Responsible Gaming
Play Responsibly: pak265 provides tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. These are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.
pak265 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we encourage all players to treat it that way – setting a budget, sticking to it, and taking breaks when needed. The following tools are available to every registered player:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.
- Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified amount of continuous play time.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications.
- Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during play sessions that display how long you have been playing and your net balance for the session.

11Privacy and Data
pak265 collects, stores and uses your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to that data processing. Key points include:

- pak265 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All communications between your device and pak265 are encrypted using TLS. Payment credentials are handled by your payment provider and are not stored on pak265 servers.
12Limitation of Liability
pak265 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous uptime, pak265 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses caused by:
- Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or unexpected technical faults.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
- Loss of data caused by events outside pak265's reasonable control, including internet outages or device failure on the player's end.
- Errors in third-party game software that are promptly reported to and addressed by the relevant provider.
In all cases, pak265's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with a single incident is limited to the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident. pak265 is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
Disputes: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the platform, contact support in the first instance. pak265 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. For unresolved disputes, escalation options are described in the support section of the platform.
13Amendments to These Terms
pak265 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
If you continue to use pak265 after an update has been notified, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal subject to the terms in force at that time.
